Local Transportation

Cebu City is accessible via air through the Mactan–Cebu International Airport, which is located in Lapu-Lapu City.  On ground, taxis are available.  Transportation network companies such as Uber and Grab are also available.



The climate of Cebu is either a tropical rainy or dry climate. During November, Cebu experiences a rainy season, with an average rainfall of 140 mm and average of 12 rainy days.  The temperature during November is relatively low, at about 28 degrees Celsius.
